2022 年 11 月 11 日和 2022 年 11 月 14 日，FTX Trading Ltd. 及其关联债务人（统称为“债务人”）各自根据美国破产法第 11 章向美国特拉华州地区破产法院（“法院”）提交了自愿救济申请。
2023 年 6 月 14 日，FTX 债务人提交了客户截止日期动议（“动议”），除其他事项外，该动议旨在确定客户提交索赔证明的截止日期并批准这样做的程序。该动议定于 2023 年 6 月 28 日下午 1 点（美国东部时间）在法庭上进行审理。
该网站将作为债务人的客户索赔门户网站，该网站将在 2023 年 7 月 3 日左右签署与该动议相关的法院命令后启动。

FTX Debtors’ Customer Claims Portal

On November 11, 2022 and November 14, 2022, FTX Trading Ltd. and of its affiliated debtors (collectively, the “Debtors”) each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (“Court”).

On June 14, 2023, the FTX Debtors filed the Customer Bar Date Motion (“Motion”) which seeks to, among other things, establish the deadline for customers to file proofs of claim and approve the procedures by which to do so. The Motion is scheduled to be heard on June 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (EDT) in Court.

This site will serve as the Debtors’ Customer Claims Portal which will be launched once the Court Order is signed related to the Motion on or around July 3, 2023.
